Looking back at the Fintech Fusion program

This week blog, I look back on the last two months and the several days I spent in Geneva at Fintech Fusion.

Part of the program of Fintech Fusion is to make sure that every startup has up-to-date base documents from value proposition to business model, communication, marketing and sales strategies to investors strategy.

In the past two months, we reviewed all these parts of our business and the experienced team at Fintech Fusion supported us challenging every single of our assumptions and decisions.

The target is not to know everything or to do perfect strategies but to find out what we know for sure, what worked in the past and what still needs to be improved.

I feel stronger after this process because it is clear that we did a lot right and we defined what needs to be improved.

We are looking for investors in our CHF 2Mio round. This is a challenging amount to raise but it is only with this amount that we will be able to fully automate accounting for the self-employed and deliver breakthrough value for our customers. The kind of value that is not easily copied.

We are also looking for digital marketers to support us (digital marketer, growth hackers, content marketer and digital designer). We need to excel in our digital marketing and we need more experience and knowledge on this topic.

If you can support me and the whole EZYcount team for any of these two, please send me an email to vivien@ezycount.ch Your support and help is much appreciated. It is thanks to our customers and our community support that we were able to go this far. Thank you.

In the upcoming weeks, I'll dig deeper about the other great startups I met and also come unique documents you can use for your own business.

I'm very enthusiastic about the future of EZYcount. The business is well on target and provides value every day to our growing customer base. This doesn't mean that we do not have many challenges in front of us. We do. But we are prepared to face them as they rise and we are on our way to fully automate accounting for the self-employed in Switzerland.

Have a great start in December.
